Take the 427 South to the 401 West 
Take the Dixie Rd. Exit from the 401 and turn left (South)
Turn left at Eglinton Ave.
Turn right on Eastgate Pkwy and proceed to # 4540

From Buffalo/Niagara:
Take the QEW towards Toronto.
After Oakville, take the 403 towards the 401
From the 403 take the Easgate Pkwy exit.
Continue straight on Eastgate through Dixie Rd and follow the road around to #4540.
